QC – Quality Control / Control de Calidad

We are seeking an experienced QC Associate (Quality Control / Control de Calidad)for a food manufacturing facility in Anaheim, CA.

Pay: $20.75/hour
Shifts: 1st & 2nd shift available
Environment: Cold/refrigerated warehouse

Requirements:

Bilingual English/Spanish; English required
Previous QC (Quality Control / Control de Calidad)experience in food manufacturing
GMP and food safety experience
Basic computer and tablet skills
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities:

Inspect fruit and produce during production
Monitor product quality, packaging, and labeling
Identify and report quality concerns
Complete inspections and documentation
Maintain accurate records
Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
