Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN who will provide personal care to improve and/or maintain the assisted living residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors in our Bloomington, MN location, Meadowoods. Schedule 72 hours in two weeks Day/evening shift One weekend per month As part of the Martin Luther Campus Senior Community, Meadow Woods Assisted Living is a residential setting by woodlands, wetlands, and the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our 113 unit assisted, independent and memory care buildings are located in East Bloomington, MN near public transportation. Our staff encourages participation in the many regularly scheduled activities and lifelong learning programs. Managed by Ebenezer we believe their mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives. Responsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modifies as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status, and cares provided Required Current MN RN license or by start date AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS) Preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more.
