PlayDate Behavioral Interventions is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to support children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs throughout the Pikes Peak region. This position provides hands-on experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

We welcome both experienced RBTs and individuals who are new to the field and eager to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

· Provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 0–18

· Support social skills groups and educational programming

· Collaborate with families, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams

· Track client progress and complete session documentation

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Training & Certification

Not currently certified as an RBT? We’ve got you covered.

· Paid 40-hour RBT training program

· Supervision from a BCBA during certification process

· Ongoing mentorship and clinical support

· Advancement opportunities into leadership roles

Compensation

· All hours paid at the same rate, including:

o Training
