Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs. Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions. Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.Maymaintainor oversee the maintenance of existing software.Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into scalable, high-value technical solutions.Design and develop full-stack applications that enable critical business and financial reporting capabilities across the enterpriseBuild andmaintainrobust APIs, driving seamless integration with enterprise platforms and backend services.Develop andoptimizecomplex SQL queries to produce high-quality, trusted datasets for reporting and analytics consumption.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability to support business-critical reporting and informed decision-making.Simplify and modernize complex systems, improving efficiency, scalability, and reducing operational overhead and costContribute to the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native solutions within AWS.Collaborate across engineering, business, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with measurable business impact.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences:2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building full stack, Java-based web applicationsStrong full stack development experience using Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Angular or similar frameworksHands-on experience with AWS cloud services and developing cloud-native applications (S3, EC2, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, SNS/SQS)Proven experience building ETL pipelines and scalable data processing solutionsStrong experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL development, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large-scale datasetsExperience with DevOps tools including GitLab and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform preferred)Solid understanding of scalable, distributed system design principles and architectureExperience working with financial or reporting datasets is highly preferredExperience partnering directly with business stakeholders to deliver solutionsExperience working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teamsShows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we workDesired Experiences:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience with financial data models and enterprise reporting systemsKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processesExperience with infrastructure as code, including TerraformSingle Family - Software Engineering - Senior AssociateTarget Pay Range: $123,000 - $161,000 a year#LI-Hybrid #LI-ME1QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)The future is what you make it to be.
