Group Quality Supervisor

Charlie Health is seeking a Group Quality Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of virtual group treatment across our nationwide IOP/PHP programs for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will oversee the quality of group sessions by supervising facilitators, auditing documentation, and using data to drive continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical and operations leaders to uphold evidence-based care, support staff training, and enhance outcomes in a mission-driven, tech-enabled behavioral health environment.
