We're seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead multiple business units, drive operational excellence, improve profitability, and build scalable systems for continued growth. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple divisions Improve project management, estimating, scheduling & purchasing processes Increase productivity, efficiency & profitability Recruit, mentor & develop leadership teams Standardize systems and implement operational best practices Partner directly with ownership to execute growth strategies What We're Looking For 10-20+ years of construction operations leadership experience Experience managing multiple business units or divisions Background leading organizations generating $20M-$100M+ in annual revenue Proven success improving operational performance and profit margins Strong leadership experience managing project managers, field teams & office staff Experience implementing scalable systems and operational processes Familiarity with construction project management software (Buildertrend experience is a plus) Why This Role?
