Java Developer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the development of child support systems, the full-time remote Java Developer will design, develop, and provide support throughout the software development life cycle while collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. Key responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise-level solutions while transforming requirements into maintainable applications Collaborate with project teams to plan and estimate development work, ensuring high-quality delivery Provide leadership to team members and coordinate with Production Support teams to resolve production issues Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Java technologies and database-driven, multi-tier software development Proficiency in Java 11, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and other relevant frameworks Experience with major databases, preferably Oracle and MS SQL Server Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Bit Bucket, and Docker, as well as web services like SOAP and RESTful Knowledge of Linux commands and experience in designing end-to-end solutions
