Food Service Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work alongside our top leaders in a fast-growing, cutting-edge food service management company and become an important part of our team. Our ideal candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, has an incredible eye for detail and seeking a challenging, ever-evolving, fast paced role. Essential Functions Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary Communicating with teams and assisting with project management Managing and facilitating a large volume of email replies Reviewing agreements and reports Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records Performing minor accounting duties Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Performs additional related dutes as assigned by leadership Qualifications and Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Outstanding customer service skills Strong Microsoft office knowledge, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to learn & work with technology/software Successfully pass a criminal background check
