Operations Manager

Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations in a fast‑paced 3PL environment in Brisbane, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on logistics leader with a strong background in warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, team development, safety, and customer service. The position is on site Monday through Friday. The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving productivity, meeting service level goals, and building high‑performing teams. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, productivity, quality, and customer service. Manage operational KPIs, service levels, labor planning, performance goals, and budget objectives. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental, regulatory, and company operating requirements. Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees, supervisors, and leadership team members. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide operational solutions that support service excellence. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $100,000 to $105,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire. Location: Brisbane, CA. Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% as needed. Schedule: Flexible schedule required.
