In this contract opportunity, youll be joining a dedicated cardiac catheterization team providing advanced interventional care. Youll work in a modern, well-equipped lab environment and collaborate closely with skilled professionals in a facility recognized for its leading cardiac programs.

Job Description

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
• Rotating call schedule

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of two years experience in a Cath Lab setting
• RCIS and ACLS/BLS certifications required
• Advanced Electrophysiology (EP) experience strongly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients undergoing right and left heart catheterizations, both diagnostic and interventional, as well as peripheral procedures
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment such as GE lab, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, and IVUS
• Document all procedures and patient care activities through the Merge Hemo documentation system
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including unit secretaries and techs, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to established policies, call, and STEMI protocols
• Participate in rotating coverage for sister campus STEMI call as needed
