Practice Manager

Full-time M-F 8a-5p , Day Shift w/ occasional Evening or Night Hiring Range: $88,478.00 - $100,355.00 Annually Practice Manager Position Summary Assumes responsibility for the smooth operation of the physician practice Primary Position Responsibilities 1. Accurately processes all human resources paperwork as well as dealing with employee management 2. Handling of all the practice financials – end of month, budget 3. Recruitment and interviewing skills 4. Attends and conducts meetings 5. Performance Improvement 6. Quality Improvement Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Science, Nursing or related area. Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) Required: Healthcare operational experience required. Good communication and multi-tasking required. Preferred: Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years healthcare management experience which includes financial reporting and budget preparation and monitoring. Supervisory experience preferred.
