Requirements: ADN/BSN, 1 year experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Ratios: 1:4–1:5
Skills: Cardiac drips and chest tubes
Preferred: PCU/Stepdown experience, TR bands
Patient Population: Post-vascular, post-CABG, CVA, respiratory failure, heart failure, chest pain/post-cath
Float: Possible to Med Surg, but unlikely
Fit: Kind, respectful, team player, punctual, flexible
