Talent Acquisition CoordinatorMonday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMFully RemoteAbout the OpportunityWe're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruiting team through interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a positive candidate experience while helping recruiters and hiring managers move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and interacting with candidates throughout the recruitment process, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.Coordinate candidate communications via phone and email.Maintain and update candidate tracking spreadsheets and recruiting records.Conduct a minimum of three outreach attempts to engage candidates and confirm interview availability.Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.Assist recruiters with administrative and coordination activities.Ensure all candidate information is accurate, organized, and up to date.Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications1+ year of administrative or coordination experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Customer service mindset with a professional and friendly approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications1-2 years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources functions.Previous HR Assistant experience.Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.Experience maintaining candidate tracking systems, spreadsheets, or applicant data.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
