The Acquisition Entrepreneur role is your path to owning cash-flowing businesses —without needing prior M&A experience.

You’ll work directly with our team to identify, structure, and close acquisitions of $1M+ EBITDA companies , while we support sourcing, financing, and post-acquisition operations.

• Work with buyers and live deal flow to identify acquisition opportunities

• Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution

• Engage with sellers, brokers, and financing partners

• Move deals from initial conversation to close

• Deal sourcing pipelines and outreach

• Financial underwriting and analysis support

• Debt and equity financing strategy

• Legal structuring and transaction coordination

• Post-acquisition operational support

• ~$1M+ annual upside per closed deal (performance-dependent)

• Equity ownership in acquired businesses

• Done-with-you acquisition model

• Access to experienced M&A operators and systems

• Ability to scale across multiple acquisitions

• Skip years of building deal flow and infrastructure
