This is a strong opportunity for a field leader with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical construction, or MEP experience who wants major project work, strong compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term growth. What You Will Do Oversee change-outs, retrofits, and installations for complex projects. Supervise mechanics, apprentices, helpers, and assigned trade/craft workers. Inspect work in progress and completed work for compliance with specifications. Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for installations. Review and release shop drawings for timely installation. Teach and coach teammates to improve safety and productivity. Monitor manpower, tools, and inventory activities. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project budgets. Ensure services meet contractual agreements and budget objectives. What We Are Seeking 5+ years of industry experience, including supervisory experience. Experience with commercial, heavy industrial, data center, or mission critical construction preferred. In-depth knowledge of International Codes, HVAC, and plumbing systems. OSHA 30-hour certification and OSHA safety knowledge. Experience handling personnel issues. Strong mechanical, administrative, and analytical skills. Proficiency with computer, tablet, smartphone, Microsoft Teams, Procore, and BIM. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
