Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in a day shift setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical environment. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; professional certification relevant to medical-surgical nursing.
• Additional Information: The role entails direct patient care, care coordination, supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, documentation compliance, and participation in quality improvement activities.
