Pharmacy Manager – $50,000 Sign on Bonus & Relocation Available Park Rapids, MN Position Summary Pharmacist in Charge – passionate about patient care and community outreach. Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver comprehensive patient care while managing pharmacy operations. What you'll do Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and supporting programs in compliance with pharmacy statutes and regulations. Manage merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels. Model and enforce customer‑service standards to resolve customer needs within company guidelines. Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as community members. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations through analysis reports, loss‑prevention and safety controls, and safety quality reviews. What you'll bring Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers. Expertise in analyzing data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Competence in analyzing financial data for business decisions. Capability to manage a pharmacy, including staff and operations oversight. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Active Pharmacy license by job entry date. Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program. Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy‑related experience. Additional Compensation Annual base salary range: $112,000 – $197,000. Performance bonuses (annual or quarterly). Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location. Complex Structure based on external factors creating challenges.
