HRIS Analyst

Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Human Resources Information System, with a primary focus on Rippling. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless HR processes while delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. Major Responsibilities reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: Serve as the subject matter expert for the HRIS, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancements Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership teams Support and optimize HR workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve them Lead system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies Regularly audit HRIS data and workflows in Rippling to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements. Train HR and business users on system functionality and best practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field 3+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred) Experience with system integrations (HRIS, ERP, timekeeping systems) Hands‑on experience with Rippling (configuration, reporting, workflows) This position may require access to ITAR‑controlled technical data and services.
