Registered Nurse Manager RN

Overview Castle Peak , a Cassia senior living community in Eagle, CO, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to help residents experience independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. Position Type: Full-Time with a rotational on-call schedule. Shift Available: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Wage Range: $95,000 - $135,000 annually depending on experience. Bonus: $10,000. Responsibilities Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care. Manages other nurses and nursing aides' responsibilities and outcomes. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician orders and monitors effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies the Director of Nursing, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and takes follow-up action as necessary. Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift. Performs additional duties as required. Qualifications Current CO Nursing License. Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
