Role Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, from childhood to elderhood.
• Effectively manage chronic illness, promote preventive care, and address acute health issues and mental well-being through a patient-centric lens.
• Carry out thorough physical exams, evaluate diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment plans.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialty providers to ensure comprehensive health support.
• Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational success.
• Maintain an accurate and detailed patient record through our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Provide care in-person and via telemedicine to meet the diverse needs and preferences of patients.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently possess an active Arizona medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
