Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a complex surgical telemetry unit, applying strong surgical nursing skills
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience, with telemetry experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong surgical nursing skills with experience in a complex surgical setting
