We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CFY) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Ohio. Full-Time Opportunity Option One: Full time split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Mt. Gilead. Drive time and mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Option Two: Full time split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Lewis Center. Drive time and mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Part-Time Opportunities Part-time schedules are available at each individual location: Marion, OH Mt. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and assistive devices Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities Qualifications Speech‑Language Pathologist license in state of employment Masters Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Valid ASHA Certification 1‑2 years of experience preferred Comprehensive Benefits Package At Broad River Rehab, we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident's life.
