Responsibilities Perform aeration services for residential and commercial properties following company procedures and safety standards Operate and maintain aeration equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition before, during, and after each job Inspect work sites to identify aeration needs, obstacles, and access considerations before starting services Follow assigned routes and schedules to complete services efficiently and on time Set up equipment safely, complete required safety checks, and clean up work areas after each service Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed, expected outcomes, and any recommendations Document completed jobs accurately using company forms or digital tools Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and report any hazards or equipment issues to your supervisor Assist senior technicians with advanced aeration procedures as needed to support team productivity Participate in training opportunities to improve technical skills, industry knowledge, and customer service techniques Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition Represent Arbor Nomic Inc positively in all customer interactions and community settings Requirements Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior aeration experience is not required Willingness to learn aeration techniques, equipment operation, and lawn care fundamentals Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying outdoor weather conditions, including lifting equipment and materials Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Effective communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration Basic recordkeeping skills to accurately document completed services Comfort working independently as well as part of a team Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and make minor equipment adjustments when appropriate Ability to work a full-time, on-site schedule in Norcross and surrounding service areas Positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr Arbor Nomic Inc
