Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Pediatric experience, especially in early childhood or elementary populations
• Previous work with moderate to profound needs preferred
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong new graduates (CFs) considered
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services for K–12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Document services and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
