HVAC Technician

Job Description: Suburban Services Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for their Burnt Hills, NY location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. What can we offer you? Responsibilities: Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and within acceptable time frames; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site. Perform occasional residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submit daily. Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field to ensure excellent service and enhance the company’s image. Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving practices and no mobile device usage while operating vehicles. Apply product knowledge and pursue additional training/education as appropriate. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required EPA – Universal Certification preferred Valid driver’s license / clean driving record OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds 2-5 years of HVAC Experience The starting hourly base wage for this position is $25.00-$34.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
