You’ll: Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times. Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally. Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage. Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines. Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age Eligible to work in the United States Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required) Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred 2–3 years of restaurant experience required. 1‑3 years of restaurant leadership required.
