Auto Dealership Finance Manager

We're looking for a financial manager with at least 2 years of auto sales experience and a track record of customer satisfaction. You'll join our finance department to serve our sales team and car buyers with the right financing options. Our ideal candidate will maintain the highest ethical standards throughout the car sales process and has the communications skills necessary to articulate the details of aftermarket products such as insurance programs, service contracts, and more. $75,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms
- Meet monthly finance department quotas for automotive sales, service contracts, insurance programs, and more
- Follow all regulations related to working with lending institutions, setting interest rates, and finalizing auto finance plans
- Work with the sales manager during each vehicle purchase and offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs to car buyers
- Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them
- At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is required
- Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver's license are required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory; should hold a bachelor's degree in finance or have commensurate professional experience
- An ability to keep customers happy throughout the loan application process and communicate effectively is necessary
- Completed or in-process AFIP Certification is highly advantageous
