You will define and execute an operational compliance strategy and help oversee day‑to‑day operations. You will lead go‑to‑market activities to unlock new markets, dive into data to monitor performance and root cause any issues, and work cross‑functionally with product, legal, and communications teams to drive socially responsible growth. You are eager to learn and willing to roll up your sleeves to make the business successful. You will report into the Senior Manager on our Alcohol Compliance team in our New Verticals organization. We operate in a hybrid working model; you will be able to work from home while also having the option to go into the office for in‑person collaboration from time to time. Operate – Own tracking dashboards and manage week‑over‑week metrics to drive safe, compliant delivery operations. Analyze – Build models using tools like Excel and SQL to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of various programs and experiments. Influence – Partner with many teams like Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Comms, etc. to create strategic plans and harness opportunities while gaining buy‑in from stakeholders and leadership. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. Paid Time Off Details For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
