Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift, with every other Saturday/Sunday requirement.

About the Position

As a Client Service Representative ('CSR') your stellar communication skills will directly contribute to providing competent and compassionate health care for pets and a warm memorable experience for their human families.

Our ideal team member will understand the importance of exceptional client service and patient advocacy, and how it relates to helping choose the best preventive and urgent care for pets. Additionally, the right person should have a positive attitude, an ability to work efficiently under pressure, and is passionate to learn and grow in our practice, as well as their career.

Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care - West

Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care - West is located on the west side of Indianapolis, near Speedway on Crawfordsville Road. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are proud to be accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, a designation that we believe demonstrates our unwavering commitment to veterinary excellence.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Required One-year related experience with Veterinary client service.
