Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Conduct two open houses weekly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in daily script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly group coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology Qualifications Team player Licensed real estate professional 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills About our team The McLeod Group Network, at Keller Williams Realty, powered by PLACE, is among the top real estate teams in the Willamette Valley.
