  • Starting base salary over $600,000 annually

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality orthopedic consultations, surgeries, and follow-up care
• Conduct inpatient hospital care or collaborate with hospitalist teams
• Perform procedures in a state-of-the-art surgical suite
• Participate in flexible call rotations and weekend coverage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including APPs and specialty support
• Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR system
• Engage in teaching or mentoring healthcare staff and trainees
• Manage patient panels, ensuring optimal outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain safety and quality standards aligned with hospital policies

What You Need:

• Medical license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain one
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
