Team Minik is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Real Estate Agents who are ready to build a strong sales career with the support, leads, and systems to help them succeed.

Instead of spending most of your time searching for your next opportunity, you’ll have access to a steady flow of quality leads backed by a technology-focused lead generation system. Our agents also receive hands-on coaching, marketing resources, sales support, and administrative assistance so they can spend more time working with clients and closing transactions.

Whether you’re an experienced agent or still building your real estate career, our training is designed to help you improve your sales process, strengthen your follow-up, and turn more conversations into clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Real Estate Agent with Team Minik, you’ll work directly with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to and consistently following up with incoming leads

• Building relationships with prospective and current clients

• Learning each client’s goals, needs, and priorities

• Conducting buyer and seller consultations

• Showing properties and helping buyers find the right home

• Hosting open houses and helping market available listings

• Guiding clients through each stage of a real estate transaction

• Developing new business and expanding your client network

• Staying informed about local neighborhoods, inventory, pricing, and market conditions

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

An active Real Estate License is required.
