Delinquency Control Counselor-10/13 (PHX)

Description Responsible for managing and servicing past-due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts during the first 30 days of delinquency. Works directly with members to identify payment solutions, provide financial counseling, and help restore accounts to good standing while minimizing risk and loss to the Credit Union. Ensures all collection activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal regulations, state laws, and Credit Union policies. Delivers exceptional member service by balancing collection efforts with empathy, professionalism, and relationship-building. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr.
