What you will do – We are seeking a motivated and talentedAssociateto join ourProduct Liability Practice Groupinour Charlotte, NC, office. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands-on experience inlitigationto grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You’ll be a vital member of our team, withhands-on responsibilityfor day-to-day case development—includinghandling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, anddrafting and arguing motions.You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way throughtrial preparation and execution. We’re looking fora self-starterwith 2+ years of litigation experience, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, a high degree of independence and initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients.
