Accounting Solutions (Founding Team)

We're hiring an Accounting Solutions Consultant (Founding Team) to bridge real accounting workflows with Agentic automation. This is a hybrid role that spans pre‑sales discovery and early implementation — for someone who started in the trenches of accounting operations and then made the deliberate move into the technology side. At Maximor, we build AI agents for accounting teams at high‑growth and enterprise companies — helping them get work done 10x faster with fewer manual Excel juggling and audit‑ready accuracy. No ERP replacements. No black‑box automation. What you’ll do Lead accounting‑focused discovery with Controllers, Accounting Managers, and Finance leaders Understand end‑to‑end GL and sub‑ledger workflows — not just surface processes Evaluate ERP configurations and close processes to determine what can be automated cleanly vs. what should stay manual Translate real close workflows into production‑ready AI solutions using Maximor Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering on solution design, pricing, and early customer delivery This role spans pre‑sales discovery + early implementation . You’ll feel both sides—and help define the playbook. Who this is for 7–10+ years of combined experience across accounting operations and technology/solutions You lived through complex closes as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant — then transitioned into a solutions, implementation, or pre‑sales role at a company like Workday, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, BlackLine, FloQast, Workiva, or similar Deep ERP exposure (NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle) Strong judgment in messy, real‑world close environmentsComfortable being customer‑facing and shaping solutions — not just executing tasks Great to have (not must have): Big‑4/public accounting experience, CPA Why this role is different Built by accountants + engineers, not generic automation High ownership from Day 1 Real influence on product, delivery, and how deals are scoped As Maximor scales, this role can grow into senior leadership across Solutions, Delivery, or Product Top‑decile compensation : competitive base, meaningful equity, and performance‑based bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Maximor AI
