Job Description

Lead Fabricator

Pay: $32-$34/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift - Full-time - Permanent

What You’ll Do:

MIG weld steel components for custom ductwork and ventilation systems
Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
Fit, tack, weld, and finish assemblies
Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy
Keep a clean, organized workspace
Purchase your own tools after training is completed

What You Need:

MIG welding experience
MUST HAVE Galvanized and Carbon Steel Experience
MUST be able to fabricate from raw material to finished product
Ability to read welding symbols and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and safety
Willingness to buy personal tools once trained
Ability to perform physical fabrication tasks
