This remote role offers flexibility along with training, resources, and ongoing support to help you become familiar with destinations, travel suppliers, and booking systems.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients to learn about their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, and activities.
• Help clients compare vacation options and select travel experiences that fit their needs.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate booking information.
• Assist with payments, travel documents, and important trip details.
• Provide continued support and communication throughout the planning process.
• Keep up with travel promotions, destination information, and supplier training.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
