Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Responsible to perform "responsible alcohol service" with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
• Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Ability to lift 1-50 pounds

Required Skills And Abilities

Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.

Education And Experience

A high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving is preferred. Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
