Financial Analyst - 340B Program (Healthcare)

100% Remote (PST) Candidates must sit in PST | Contract (6 months, potential extension)

Pay: $50-$75/hr + benefits

About the Opportunity

A leading healthcare system is seeking a Financial Analyst with hands-on 340B program experience to support pharmacy financial operations and compliance reporting. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate reimbursement analysis, regulatory adherence, and financial transparency across pharmacy programs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review 340B program reporting, including threshold and regulatory requirements

• Analyze pharmacy reimbursement data and identify variances across vendor reports

• Support pharmacy finance operations and internal/external financial reporting

• Assist in evaluating payor / PBM contracts and reimbursement structures

• Contribute to Medicare cost reporting and revenue cycle activities

• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy finance, financial analysis, or revenue cycle

• Direct experience working with the 340B drug pricing program (reporting, compliance, or analytics)

• Experience with at least one of the following:

• Pharmacy finance or reimbursement

• Medicare cost reporting

• Revenue cycle management

• PBM or payor contracting

• U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Experience working within a hospital, health system, or academic medical center

• Familiarity with 340B compliance, audits, or split-billing processes

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.01/hr.
