Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Line Cook to elevate our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Under the supervision of the Head Chef, you will oversee daily food preparation, ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness, and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the line cooking team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation for all service periods
• Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Assist in menu development
• Prepare high-quality dishes with precision, demonstrating excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

Candidates should be reliable, passionate, creative, hard-working and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have a good attitude, be a team player and have strong leadership and communication skills.

• ServSafe Certified
• A minimum of 3 years kitchen / line cook experience
• A minimum of 1 year management experience
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Availability during operating hours/weekends

Hours: Off every Monday & Tuesday. Must be available evenings and weekends.
