Job Description Launch a high-income career in Property & Casualty Insurance with a $37,440 base salary plus advanced commissions based on your potential. Our compensation plan ensures you’ll earn at least $75,000 to $95,000 in your first year, with top performers on track for $300,000-$400,000 W-2 income within 6 years. This role is in-office for the first 90 days to provide hands-on training and support. You’ll learn our proven sales process from experienced producers, and join senior producers in client meetings as you build your book of business. We provide a customized training plan based on your experience, with the opportunity to earn CRIS, TRIP, or CIC designations.
