Job Description _ Occupational Therapist - Home Health Care _ Location: Wayne County Schedule: 20 hours per week, day shift On-Call Requirements: Minimum of one weekend per month, plus one summer holiday and one winter holiday Compensation & Benefits: $5,000 sign-on bonus; eligible for part-time benefits _ The position will be in the Territory of Wayne County The cities will include but are not limited to: _ Primary Coverage Areas: Dearborn, Dearborn Hiegts, Garden City. Inkster, Westland, Canton Secondary Coverage Areas: Southgate, Taylor, Romulus, Belleville General Summary Under the supervision of the site Team Leader or Supervisor, the Occupational Therapist will: Deliver impactful OT evaluations and treatment – Put your clinical expertise to work! You'll perform comprehensive patient care duties that make a real difference in people's lives and help them reclaim their independence. Be the communication champion – You'll be the bridge between patients, coworkers, physicians, and other team members, keeping everyone in the loop about patient care needs while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation. Lead and empower your team – Supervise and delegate to your Assistant and tech team members, bringing out the best in your colleagues and fostering a collaborative care environment. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Master's Degree, preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS

Current State of Michigan Registration and National board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.

WORKING CONDITIONS
