Associate Attorney - Business Immigration

Job Overview Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Business Immigration for a hybrid position based in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in employment-based immigration law, demonstrating strong analytical and writing skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude. This role involves both in-office and remote work. Duties Prepare case strategies and employment-based filings with USCIS, DOL, and DOS. Prepare consular and CBP packets as needed. File motions, briefs, and other pleadings with DHS, BIA, and BALCA. Communicate with clients, including HR professionals and individuals. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys. Oversee legal staff in delivering assigned matters. Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration law changes. Requirements JD licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 1 year experience in business or family immigration law. Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Analytical and research skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
