- Our facility, Hillcrest Medical Center, is a 656-bed hospital that encompasses The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, advanced cancer treatment technologies, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
You will oversee patient care coordination during your assigned shift within the designated department, collaborating closely with the supervisor or manager. Your role includes providing direct operational support for the unit, serving as a clinical resource for staff, and acting as a bridge between the team and management. You will assist the supervisor in assessing staffing requirements and identifying issues within the unit.
QualificationsEssential Requirements:
- An associate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- A valid RN license or a license recognized by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hire or transfer into this position and before delivering direct patient care.
- Current ACLS certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
