Overview As an Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES), you will provide a best‑in‑class experience to both customers and colleagues, supporting branches within a region during their time of need. You act as a financial concierge for walk‑in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate products and services. Duties & Responsibilities Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking—including customer transactions, servicing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for advice and guidance. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash controls and balancing daily. Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues. Educate customers on deposits, loans, and support for any service or account maintenance issues. Use technology to educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking). Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures. Travel to multiple branch locations on a weekly basis, demonstrating dependability and adaptability. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain NMLS licensing as part of career development (preferred). Notary licensing preferred. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience. Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
