Position Overview We are looking for a passionate culinary professional to join our team. The role involves working under the culinary leadership to produce high‑quality dishes for the kitchen, cafeteria, banquet, dining room, and fine dining areas. The ideal candidate will develop skills in various cooking procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to menu creation. Responsibilities Assist the culinary leadership team in food production and fabrication. Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, cutting meat) for cooking. Create and operate workstations with required ingredients and equipment. Read and recreate recipes accurately. Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment. Ensure proper storage of food and other items. Use knives and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Minimize food waste through cross utilization. Contribute to menu development reflecting seasonal availability and restaurant concept. Qualifications 2–3 years of previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment. Active Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain it. Ability to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Physical stamina – able to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds. Minimum age of 21 years. Energetic personality with a desire to exceed expectations.
