We continuously innovate, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of Salesforce developers and operations professionals.About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Director, IT Operations to build, lead, and scale our global IT organization as our workforce, physical footprint, and operational complexity continue to grow.This role owns the strategic vision, governance, and end-to-end execution of global IT infrastructure and service delivery. The Director will oversee Help Desk operations, endpoint engineering, SaaS portfolio governance, identity & access infrastructure, global office network infrastructure, AV/collaboration technology, and IT vendor ecosystems. Evolving our operating model from tactical execution into a proactive, resilient, enterprise-grade business enabler will be a core focus.As the organization expands into additional global regions, the Director will establish long-term IT roadmaps, capital budgets, architecture frameworks, and operational standards that scale seamlessly with business objectives. Reporting to senior technology leadership, the Director will serve as the executive sponsor for the end-user technology experience while partnering closely with Information Security, Real Estate, Finance, and People teams to maintain a secure, compliant, and highly available global environment.What You'll DoDefine and execute the global IT vision, strategy, and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate growth targets.Architect and mature the global IT operating model, setting departmental OKRs, SLAs, and performance metrics.Own the IT operational (OpEx) and capital (CapEx) budgets, driving cost optimization, vendor strategy, and technology ROI.Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing IT team of managers, engineers, and specialists.Transform global Help Desk and service desk operations into a modern, frictionless user experience.Establish enterprise ITSM frameworks, escalation paths, incident response SLAs, and global support metrics.Champion AI-driven automation, self-service portals, and automated workflows to reduce operational drag and enhance resolution times.Set global standards for corporate network infrastructure, Wi-Fi architectures, firewall/ISP redundancy, and office IT design.Oversee IT workstreams for all enterprise real estate initiatives, including new office builds, site relocations, and international expansions.Lead high-level vendor relationships and contract negotiations across MSPs, ISPs, low-voltage contractors, and AV integration partners.Direct the end-to-end management of corporate endpoint fleets (Mac, Windows, mobile) and lifecycle automation.Oversee Enterprise SaaS governance, license management, application consolidation, and architectural integration.Partner with Information Security to architect robust Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO, zero-trust network access, and automated joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle workflows.Establish the global standard for modern meeting spaces, executive boardrooms, and hybrid work collaboration tech.Ensure high-availability video conferencing, automated monitoring, and consistent global meeting room experiences.Serve as the primary IT partner to InfoSec and Risk Management to enforce zero-trust policies, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and global regulatory compliance.Establish rigorous IT asset lifecycle management controls, data loss prevention (DLP) frameworks, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans across all sites.What We're Looking For6-8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a focus on enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user computing.4+ years in senior management or Director-level leadership managing multi-tiered teams and budget responsibilities ($5M+ preferred).Proven track record scaling global IT operations in rapidly growing enterprise or technology environments.Deep expertise across cloud-first architectures, IAM platforms (Okta/Entra ID), modern MDM/EDR solutions, and SaaS portfolio management.Extensive experience directing real estate expansion projects, global office buildouts, and network infrastructure deployments.Demonstrated success establishing ITSM best practices, KPIs, and automation frameworks.Exceptional vendor negotiation skills with experience managing global MSPs, ISPs, and SaaS vendors.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent executive experience.Experience leading IT operations through hyper-growth, M&A integrations, or international office expansions preferred.Strong familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and FedRAMP preferred.Certifications such as ITIL v4 Master/Expert, CISSP, CISM, or enterprise network architecture credentials preferred.BenefitsCopado offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) PlanPaid Time OffWellness PerksCopado is Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
