Detail-Oriented Inventory Packer | Growth Path

Pulls and stacks product accurately based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation. Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e Floor ladder, stools). Reports any mechanical problems. Utilizes continuous-improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required work-safe practices. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Work Hours & Benefits This is a full time or part time position may lead to a managerial position for the qualified individual. Packer Qualifications/Skills: A keen eye for detail Strong organization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with using software and tools required for this position Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock Receiving, stocking, and stacking Pulling, packing, and loading Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool Requirements: Six months of packer or customer service experience preferred Benefits: Salary (Min-Max): $16-20/hour with tips and bonus included Discounts on all brands 401K plan Schedule: Any day between Monday to Sunday Interested?
