Who You Are: Experienced recruiter with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services. Creative, empathetic, and driven by purpose. Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms. Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
