About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lawton, Oklahoma, 73503!
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a 14-bed Medical Surgical unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Work day shift hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Complete 6 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period
- Work a fair share of assigned holidays as required
- Float to other Medical Surgical units within the facility as needed
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
- Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to meet weekend and holiday scheduling requirements
- Willingness to float to other Med-Surg units as needed
- Prior experience working on an acute care Medical Surgical unit
- Familiarity with managing a 1:5 patient assignment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills across multiple unit settings
- Opportunity to work in a structured Med-Surg environment with a consistent day shift schedule
- Gain broad clinical experience through exposure to multiple Medical Surgical units
